Altera’s 360 Feedback survey


With the Intel-Altera transaction has officially closed, this 360Feedback tool will officially be retired. In 2016, a plethora of developmental resources from Intel will be made available to PSG (Programmable Solutions Group) employees. Until then, managers are encouraged to step up their use of coaching, gathering formal (e.g. use “Get Feedback” functionality in Workday) and informal feedback (e.g. 1:1s with others) to identify strengths and capability gaps. In addition, managers are encouraged to have 1:1s with employees to “just talk” about career aspirations – really keeping the employee’s ambitions and concerns at the center of the conversations. For employees who are non-managers and would like to initiate a  360 feedback, employee may discuss with the manager to have the “Get Feedback” setup.
